This nearly year-long endeavor was a labor of love for our both our team and our clients in the corporate responsibilty and internal communications departments at American Water. We began with the look and functionality of the intranet site, developing a library of headers, icons and other information graphics for "Did you know?" factoids. This internal program is a fun and interactive online program that enables employees to help the environment. It’s a simple and effective program that helps employees "green” their workspace and earn recognition for their efforts. To help promote the launch, we created posters, table tents and a variety of promotional materials to engage employees and encourage participation.
