The goal of the 2018 Benefits Guide, was to encourage employees to “Know their Numbers” and promote preventive care. To do so, we created a removable card within the guide which an employee could bring to their annual physical and use to record their numbers. We also created a corresponding eBlast and postcard as a reminder of Benefits enrollment.
